  • Strict Confidentiality: Your files are stored securely in our private database (powered by Supabase) and are only accessible by FORGE3D administrators for the purpose of slicing, quoting, and printing.
  • No Unauthorized Use: We will never distribute, sell, or publicly share your uploaded files without your explicit written permission.
  • Data Purging: Rejected or abandoned manual quotes, along with their associated files, are securely locked or purged from our active systems.

5. Sharing Your Information

We only share information with the following third-party vendors, service providers, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf:

  • Cloud Computing & Storage: Vercel (Hosting) and Supabase (Database & Authentication).
  • Payment Processing: Stripe.
  • Content Management: Sanity CMS.
  • Communications: Resend (Automated Emails).

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
